Terms of Service

Welcome to jollyporchbackstag.asia. By accessing this website or contracting culinary services from Jollyporch Backstage Culinary Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Contract & Scope of Work

All catering arrangements, venue logistics, headcount guarantees, and specialized rider requirements must be formalized in a Master Catering Agreement signed by an authorized representative of both parties. Website quotes serve as non-binding estimates.

2. Venue & Power Requirements

For mobile kitchen deployments, event organizers or tour promoters must provide dedicated three-phase electrical connections, clean water access, and waste disposal points as specified in our Technical Rider document.

3. Cancellation & Force Majeure

Cancellations due to tour schedule adjustments or act of God events (weather shutdowns, venue safety cancellations) are subject to the terms of the individual Catering Contract. Expenses incurred for advance fresh food sourcing remain payable by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including photography, text descriptions, graphics, and brand assets are protected under copyright law and belong exclusively to Jollyporch Backstage Culinary Ltd.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
